INTERNATIONAL URBAN DESIGN CONFERENCE

At the 10th anniversary of its Urban Design Graduate Program (MSc in Urban Design), EMU Department of Architecture is organizing an international virtual conference in collaboration with EMU Urban Research and Development Center (URDC). This international virtual conference, to be organised on 9-11 December 2020  is dedicated to 'Young Researchers Forum@Re-Discovering Urban Design' will include presentations related to ongoing and/or completed doctoral and/or master's research and/or post-doctoral research on urban design, with the aim to provide overarching views on urban design education and research. EMU Urban Research & Development Centre (KENT-AG) co-hosts AicEBS 2011 (Asia-Pacific International Conference on Environment-Behaviour Studies) in Famagusta between 6-8 December 2011 in collaboration with Centre for Behaviour Studies, FSPU, Universiti Tecnologi Mara (Malaysia).  AicE-Bs 2011 focuses attention on the concept of 'Quality of Life and Environment' in general and contributes to the debate on the concept of quality of life as a key element of responsive environmental design in an inter-disciplinary context.  Papers are invited on the following key issues as a wide range of sub-themes for quality of life:
